Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RouteReady, including the website, app, route content, and related services operated by Nobel Future Systems Ltd. By accessing or using RouteReady, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use RouteReady.
The RouteReady service
RouteReady is a driving test route practice tool. It is designed to help learner drivers practise routes with turn-by-turn guidance, route preview, rerouting, and route-end feedback, including repeated practice around roundabouts, lane choices, and likely exits. It is not an official DVSA product, not a substitute for professional judgement, and not a guarantee of test results.
- ✓Practice-focused: RouteReady is intended to support route familiarity and structured practice, especially around local roads, roundabouts, and junction patterns.
- ✓Informational: route guidance and summaries are tools to assist practice, not instructions that override road signs, road conditions, examiners, supervisors, or instructors.
- ✓Subject to change: routes, app features, coverage, and pricing may change over time.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use RouteReady only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app is lawful and appropriate in your location and driving context.
- ✓You must not misuse the service, interfere with it, reverse engineer restricted parts of it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, route files, or infrastructure.
- ✓You must not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit route content or other service content except where we clearly permit it in writing.
- ✓You must not use RouteReady in a way that risks harm to other users, road users, our systems, or third-party services connected to the app.
Subscriptions and billing
Some or all RouteReady features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed, renewed, cancelled, and otherwise managed through Google Play unless we state otherwise.
Your subscription will usually renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the next billing cycle. We do not control Google Play billing operations, refund decisions, or store-side payment processing policies.
If Google Play reports that your subscription is inactive, expired, cancelled, revoked, or otherwise unavailable, RouteReady may limit or remove access to paid features until entitlement is restored.
Driving, supervision, and safety
You remain fully responsible for how you drive and for complying with the Highway Code, road signs, speed limits, traffic conditions, weather, local restrictions, and all applicable laws. RouteReady is a supporting tool only.
- ✓Always prioritise safe driving over the app, including spoken or visual route instructions.
- ✓Only use RouteReady where it is lawful and safe to do so, and only under proper supervision where required for learner driving.
- ✓Do not interact with the device in a way that would distract you, reduce awareness, or create danger.
If app guidance conflicts with road conditions, signs, police instruction, examiners, instructors, or supervising drivers, follow the real-world requirement instead of the app.
Routes, feedback, and intellectual property
RouteReady may include route files, route previews, visual layouts, software, branding, text, scores, summaries, and other content. Unless otherwise stated, these are owned by or licensed to Nobel Future Systems Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Route names, route structures, guidance, and feedback may be useful practice tools, but they are not guaranteed to be complete, current, error-free, or identical to any future real-world driving test.
You may use RouteReady for personal, non-transferable use in accordance with these terms. You do not acquire ownership of the app, route content, branding, or supporting materials simply by using the service.
Availability, updates, and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of RouteReady at any time. This can include route coverage, app features, design, pricing, technical requirements, compatibility, or supported devices.
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all routes, centres, features, or third-party services will always remain available.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteReady is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make promises that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every user, vehicle, road layout, instructor workflow, or test scenario.
RouteReady does not guarantee that using the service will result in improved driving, a passed test, or any particular outcome.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Nobel Future Systems Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity arising from or related to your use of RouteReady.
Where the law allows limitation of liability, our total liability arising out of or relating to RouteReady will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the relevant period giving rise to the claim, or, if greater and where required by law, the minimum amount the law requires.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to RouteReady if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, misused the service, created risk for others, or interfered with the operation, security, or integrity of the service.
You may stop using RouteReady at any time. Cancelling a subscription through Google Play stops future renewals but does not automatically erase any data held under the privacy policy where retention is still reasonably necessary.
We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
